Claire founded NORS in 2022 after being employed as a semi-permanent make-up artist in Edinburgh. Having trained and worked alongside some of the leading artists in Edinburgh, whilst also helping to train students looking to delve into the world of PMU, Claire decided to use her skills and expertise to set up NORS.
